We’re kicking off the new year with a grounding, heart‑opening evening together - a space to slow down, breathe, and set intentions with clarity and presence. This 90‑minute guided session is designed to help you step into the year ahead with purpose, mindful practices, and a deeper connection to yourself.
We’ll blend breathwork, movement and journalling in a guided session. It’s also a session to be shared with your community — so you can meet souls who share your energy and maybe even resonate with your visions for the year ahead.

18:30: Arrive, settle in, smile at a new friend, get comfy on your mat
18:45: Guided breathwork, movement & journalling session
20:15: Float home feeling grounded, inspired, and ready for the year ahead
Your ticket includes: Guided breathwork, movement and journalling session (90-minutes), all journalling materials & your mat and required props in the studio!
