Check out the newest movement studio in town — and home to Copenhagen’s first space dedicated to the Lagree movement concept! Some Good Moves will see you jump on top of the Megaformer (a little like a reformer, but bigger, more adjustable, and more supportive) and move SLOW — challenging the body through control, strength and deep muscle engagement.
You’re gonna get shakey and sweaty, but love how balanced your body feels after the high‑intensity BUT low‑impact workout of Lagree.
After class, in typical @wholesomecph style, we’ll hang back for a full hour to chat and make new movement friends! Coffee and pastries included, and the whole place will be reserved just for us.
Agenda:
13:45 — Settle in & say hi
14:00 — Start the sweat session! (we’ll include a helpful intro to Lagree, dw)
15:00 — Coffee & pastries together in the studio chill‑out zone
16:00 — Exchange numbers & future movement plans, before heading home, cup‑filled
Your ticket includes: Guided Lagree session (60-minutes), use of all required equipment, plus a complimentary coffee & spread of fresh pastries & snacks after class!
What to bring: For Lagree, you’ll need grippy socks! If you have a pair, or want to borrow some from a friend, please bring them along. Otherwise, Some Good Moves also have some cute ones you can purchase on the day (135kr each, yours to keep!).
