The cooler autumn waters are made easier when done with company! Join us on a group swim in the canals as an refreshing & energising start to your weekday. We’ll time this dip to align with the morning sunrise at 6:30am, so we can (hopefully) catch some pretty skies together too!

Then we’ll layer back up and head to Rug Bakery for a brunch together before work. You’re welcome to join for as little or as much as you want, to ensure you make it to work on time.
