Join us by the water for a social beach volleyball session! With the intention on FUN, we’ll give a quick demo of different ways to hit the ball so it’s suitable for all levels. No referee, no points - just a sub-in, sub-out round of moving your body in new and playful ways.

After we’re warm & tired, if the weather is nice, we can hang around next to the water and watch the sunset together. So - bring a favourite drink and snack, along with a blanket to sit on - in case you feel like hanging around.
