📍 Some Good Moves, Vesterbro

Back by popular-demand, we’re moving together at the cutest new movement studio in town — this time, in a special ‘Late-Night Lagree’ pop-up edition, where we’ll lower the lights, get groovy with a ‘pink princess pop 🩷’ playlist, and some complimentary wine after class to wind-down and connect.

This session at Some Good Moves will see you jump on top of the Megaformer (a little like a reformer, but bigger, more adjustable, and more supportive) and move SLOW — challenging the body through control, strength and deep muscle engagement. You’re gonna get shakey and sweaty, but love how balanced your body feels after the high‑intensity BUT low‑impact workout of Lagree.

After class, in typical @wholesomecph style, we’ll hang back for a full hour to chat and make new movement friends! Wind-down wine & light snacks are included, and the whole place will be reserved just for us.

Agenda:

19:15 — Settle in & say hi
19:30 — Start the sweat session! (we’ll include a helpful intro to Lagree, dw)
20:20 — Wind-down wines & light snacks together in the studio chill‑out zone
21:00 — Exchange numbers & future movement plans, before heading home, cup‑filled

Limited to 10 spots — your ticket saves you a seat!

What to bring:

For Lagree, you’ll need grippy socks! If you have a pair, or want to borrow some from a friend, please bring them along. Otherwise, Some Good Moves also have some cute ones you can purchase on the day (135kr each, yours to keep!).

By purchasing this ticket, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks associated with Lagree training, physical exertion and movement‑based exercise, and agree to participate at your own risk.
