Back by popular demand, we’re doing a sauna gus session together every month through the colder months! This is one of our favourite experiences of nordic culture through the winter: a space to warm up, sweat it out, breathe deeply, comfortably cold dip, and connect over an energising experience.
BUT, typically sauna sessions are a ‘quiet’ moment, so to make sure there is still space to connect and chat with like-minded souls, we’re meeting for a pre-sauna hot cocoa where we can get to know each other.
Here’s our agenda for the afternoon!
15:00 - We meet for an indoors, cozy hot cocoa & yap.
16:00 - We’ll get ready for our sauna session! Undress & store our personal items. The entire area is closed off & locked for us during the session. There are toilets, showers and changing facilities.
16:15 - Sauna Gus session, led by Dicte - an immersive guided sauna experience blending aromatherapy, breath, music and heat waves - with some fresh air and optional dips between rounds
17:30 - We freshen up then head home to a hot shower, yummy dinner, and the best sleep ever.
Your ticket includes: hot cocoa, unlimited access to the wellness facilities, snack & tea station, and of course your 75-minute guided sauna gus session.
